基于SD法的住区景观环境使用评价研究——以南通市中瑾世纪城小区为例
摘 要：随着中国城镇化进程的加快，城市居住区高密度已成为当前趋势，居住区景观如何最大程度满足业主对居住环境的舒适性、宜人性等要求日益突出。文章运用SD法以江苏省南通市中瑾世纪城小区作为研究对象，对小区景观环境的使用行为和特点进行量化评价和对比分析。以问卷调查数据作为后续分析研究的基础，明确业主对小区景观环境的客观评价，发现空间的特点及问题，并提出舒适宜人的小区景观规划设计的方法，以期为未来居住区景观空间品质的提升提供参考。

Abstract：With the acceleration of China's urbanization process, the high density of urban residential areas has become the current trend. How to maximize the residential landscape to meet the owners' requirements for the comfort and amenity of the living environment has become increasingly prominent. This paper takes Zhongjin Century City Community in Nantong city of Jiangsu Province as the research object by using SD method, and makes quantitative evaluation and comparative analysis on the use behavior and characteristics of the community landscape environment. Based on the questionnaire survey data as the basis of follow-up analysis and research, this paper finds out the spatial characteristics and problems, and puts forward three aspects and corresponding design methods that should be paid attention to in the planning and design of comfortable and pleasant ecological community landscape.
