面向合租人群的智能家居系统设计研究
摘 要：文章针对城市合租人群现状及需求进行了分析，提出了合租人群的智能家居系统设计策略。首先，对合租人群的现状进行了分析，发现了合租人群的需求；然后，对智能家居系统进行了阐述；最后，结合合租人群的需求和智能家居系统技术提出了智能家居系统设计策略。希望通过本文的研究，促进智能家居产业的发展并提高合租人群的生活水平。

Abstract： The article analyzes the current situation and needs of urban the joint rent groups, and proposes a smart home system design strategy for shared houses. First, the current situation of the co-tenant group is analyzed, and the needs of the the joint rent groups are found, and then the smart home system is explained; Finally, the design strategy of smart home system is put forward based on the demand of the joint rent groups and the technology of smart home system. It is hoped that through the research in this article, the development of the smart home industry will be promoted and the living standards of the joint rent groups will be improved.
