基于服务设计理念的智能睡眠舱设计与服务模式研究

摘 要:如今乘坐飞机出行过程中的体验越来越受到乘客们的关注。在“服务经济”的发展趋势下,民航事业需要改善传统航空出行的服务模式。本文将依托于一种新型智能睡眠舱(以下简称“睡蛋”)的设计,将用户体验与航空出行更好地结合起来,基于用户的行为过程分析设计要素,基于“睡蛋”产品设计,构建一整套循环的服务系统,将“服务”“用户体验”“产品设计”三者协调一致。以期为航空领域的产品服务设计提供参考。

Abstract:Nowadays, more and more passengers pay attention to the experience in the process of air travel. Under the development trend of "service economy", the civil aviation industry needs to improve the service mode of traditional aviation travel. This article will rely on the design of a new type of smart sleep cabin (hereinafter referred to as "sleeping egg"), which will better combine user experience with aviation travel, analyze the design elements based on the user's behavior process, and construct a new design based on the sleepy egg product design. The whole set of cyclic service system harmonizes "service", "user experience" and "product design". It is expected to provide a reference for the design of products and services in the aviation field.
