基于企业绩效考核评价的校企课程成绩量化考核探究——以工业设计实习实训课程为例
摘 要：为更好地提高人才培养导向与产业人才需求的匹配度，文章提出了企业绩效考核评价模式介入校企合作课程成绩考核评价的思路。以工业设计实习实训课程为例，通过对各类企业工业设计岗位的绩效考核对比分析，构建了一种基于企业绩效考核评价的校企课程成绩量化考核方法，并基于课程教学内容对成绩考核关键指标进行了探究。以期通过本研究实现人才专业技术能力、项目协同沟通能力以及职业行为素养能力的提升。

Abstract：In order to better improve the matching degree of talent training orientation and industrial talent demand, this paper puts forward the idea of enterprise performance evaluation model involved in school enterprise cooperation curriculum performance evaluation. Taking the industrial design practice course as an example, through the comparative analysis of the performance appraisal of various industrial design positions in enterprises, this paper constructs a quantitative evaluation method of school enterprise curriculum performance based on enterprise performance evaluation, and makes a quantitative exploration and definition of the key indicators of performance evaluation based on the course teaching content. In order to achieve the comprehensive training and improvement of professional and technical ability, project communication and coordination ability.
