旧城区空间的适老化更新研究
摘 要：随着社会的老龄化趋势与城市发展，城区改造在着眼于城市的整体布局时，忽略了旧城区空间的适老化更新。本文首先分析了国内外的研究现状，提出旧城区空间的适老化更新策略。以期打造蕴含文脉的养老环境，为旧城区空间的适老化发展提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：With the aging trend of society and urban development, urban reconstruction focuses on the overall layout of the city, while neglecting the aging renewal of the old urban space. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad and puts forward the aging appropriate renewal strategy of the old urban space. It is expected to construct the old-age environment containing the context, in order to provide some reference for the aging suitable development of the old urban area.
