基于人机工程学的爬楼辅助电动轮椅设计研究

摘 要:随着电动轮椅市场需求的不断扩大,爬楼辅助电动轮椅的人机工程设计研究十分必要。文章通过运用人机工程学、产品造型设计美学、工业设计心理学以及产品语义学等研究理论,对爬楼辅助电动轮椅的人机特性、功能结构,以及外观、配色、材质等方面进行系统设计。完成了爬楼辅助电动轮椅的一体化设计和附件的模组化,使整体造型紧凑,实现了人性化坐、靠背角度可调及半自主化爬楼和平地行走等功能,以期对同类工业设计产品研发具有指导意义。

Abstract:With the increasing market demand of electric wheelchair, it is necessary to study the ergonomic design of building climbing auxiliary electric wheelchair. By using the theories of ergonomics, product design aesthetics, industrial design psychology and product semantics, this paper systematically designs the man-machine characteristics, functional structure,appearance, color, material and other aspects of the auxiliary electric wheelchair. The integrated design of the auxiliary electric wheelchair for climbing and the modularization of the accessories are completed, which makes the overall shape compact and realizes the functions of humanized sitting, adjustable Angle of the back of the chair, semi-autonomous climbing and walking peacefully. It is expected to be of guiding significance to the research and development of similar industrial design products.
