基于OBE理念的《人机工程学》混合式教学设计研究与实践
摘 要：为了工业设计学生能较快地掌握专业技能，文章在成果导向教育（OBE）理念的引导下，构建了基于学习通平台的课前、课中、课后三段式OTO混合式教学模式，反向设计了《人机工程学》课程的教学内容，并结合教学实践案例进行说明。以期通过理论研究与实践结合的方式，充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性，提高学生的自学能力。

Abstract：In order for industrial design students to master the basic skills of their major quickly, This paper constructs a three-stage hybrid teaching mode of oto based on the platform of learning communication,under the guidance of the concept of outcome oriented Education (OBE), and reversely designs the teaching content of ergonomics,Through the combination of theoretical research and practice, it is expected that the blended teaching mode can fully mobilize students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, and improve students' self-learning ability.
