基于老年人需求的人行道红绿灯设计研究
摘 要：目前世界人口老龄化问题日趋严峻，如何保障老年人的生命健康安全、满足老年人自我实现的追求成为重中之重，因此适老化设计理念应运而生，并逐渐进入大众视野。文章针对老年人在过马路过程中容易产生焦虑感、紧张感这一问题进行了具体的调研分析，同时运用访谈法、同理心地图、用户旅程图等研究方法，针对老年人过马路过程进行需求分析及痛点挖掘，总结设计机会点，提出基于老年人需求的人行道红绿灯设计思路。以期保障老年人过马路过程中的生命安全。

Abstract：With the aging of the world's population becoming increasingly serious, how to protect the life, health and safety of the elderly, to meet the pursuit of self-realization of the elderly has become the top priority, therefore, the design concept for aging came into being, and gradually entered the public view. Aiming at older users in the process of crossing the road prone to anxiety, tension, this question has carried on the concrete research analysis, at the same time, using interview method, empathy, user journey the map and other research methods, aimed at older users process requirements analysis and crossing the road mining, summarizes the design points, put forward the elderly based on the needs of the sidewalk traffic light design ideas. In order to protect the elderly in the process of crossing the road life safety.
