面向老年用户的手机银行APP交互界面设计研究
摘 要：本文从用户体验视角下，通过分析老年用户生理、心理和行为特征，来获取手机银行APP交互界面设计的需求；并提出了简约设计、亲清关联和陪伴交互三个设计原则；最后构建面向老年用户的手机银行APP交互界面设计模型。旨在通过用户需求分析，开发适合老年用户用得上、便于用、乐于用的手机银行APP产品。
