弹簧床垫的分区化设计研究
摘 要：随着人们对睡眠越来越重视，符合人机工程学的分区床垫引起人们的广泛关注。文章运用人机工程学理论，从弹簧床垫的基本结构出发，分别讨论三分区、五分区、七分区和九分区床垫的分区方式和特点。最后依照中国成年人体尺寸标准以及市场上常用的五分区划分方式，运用设计实践方法，从分区尺寸、袋簧排数、袋簧型号和床垫结构等方面对五分区袋装弹簧床垫进行优化设计。以期为弹簧床垫设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：With the increasing attention of sleeping quality, people pay more and more attention to the ergonomic zoned spring mattress. Based on the theory of ergonomics and the structure of spring mattress, this paper discussed the structure and principle of three zones, five zones, seven zones and nine zones mattress respectively. Finally, according to the Chinese adult body size standard and the commonly used five zoned method in the market, the five zoned spring mattress was optimized from the zone size, the number of bag spring rows, the model of bag spring and structure of spring mattress. In order to provide some reference for spring mattress design.
