基于TRIZ理论的家用火灾呼吸器设计研究

摘 要:为了满足人们对家用火灾呼吸器综合品质日益提高的要求,通过对家用火灾呼吸器设计现状及需求进行分析,针对家庭融入性差、操作不便捷、应急性差等问题结合TRIZ理论转化为技术矛盾问题,利用 TRIZ理论的39个通用工程参数获取矛盾矩阵中优先推荐发明原理,利用分割、拆出、预先作用等原理作为指导并提出解决产品问题的家用火灾呼吸器设计解决方案。为相关家用火灾应急产品的设计开发提供创新思路以及一定的参考借鉴。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of improving the comprehensive quality of fire breathing apparatus for household use, the design status and demand of existing household fire breathing apparatus were analyzed, aiming at the problems such as poor family integration, inconvenient operation and poor emergency response, combining with TRIZ theory, this paper uses 39 general engineering parameters of TRIZ theory to get the priority of recommending invention principle in contradiction matrix, the principles of Segmentation, disassembly and pre-action are used to guide the design of household fire breathing apparatus. It provides the innovative ideas and certain reference for the design and development of related household fire emergency products.
