面向老龄群体的数字化产品服务设计研究

摘 要:互联网时代,在针对年轻人设计数字化产品服务的同时,也需要关注老龄群体,这就需要了解老龄群体对数字化产品服务设计的需求,然后针对性开展数字化产品服务设计,为提升老龄群体生活品质打好基础。基于此,本文首先分析了老龄群体特征;其次概述了数字化产品以及数字化产品服务设计;再次研究了面向老龄群体的数字化产品服务设计的价值;最后提出了面向老龄群体数字化产品服务设计思路,以期为老龄群体数字化产品服务设计工作提供有效的指导。

Abstract:In the Internet era, while designing digital products and services for young people, attention should also be paid to the elderly group, which requires understanding the needs of the elderly group for digital product and service design, and then carry out the design and service of digital products and services targeted at them, laying a good foundation for improving the quality of life of the elderly group. Based on this, this article first analyzes the aging population characteristics, then summarizes the digital products and digital product design services, again to study the value of design for aging population of digital products and services, and finally puts forward the digital product service design thinking for old-age groups, so as to older groups of digital products and services designed to provide effective guidance work.
