校企双元育人模式下工业设计专业教学的改革策略
摘 要：党的十九大提出要深化产教融合，校企合作是当前应用型高等教育院校发展的必经之路，在此校企双元模式背景下工业设计专业在专业教学改革过程中取得了一定的成果，文章从课程体系创新、教学方法改革、课程作业改革、校内外生产实训基地拓展、双师型教学人才培养等方面进行阐述。旨在实现高等院校教学组织结构的转型与变革，推进产学研合作，促进人才培养产业需求的全方位融合，提高人才培养和社会、企业需求的契合度。

Abstract：The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the integration of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of application-oriented higher education institutions. Under the background of the school-enterprise dual model, industrial design major has made some achievements in the process of professional teaching reform. Article from the curriculum system innovation, the teaching method reform, curriculum reform, development, production practice base off double type teaching personnel training, to achieve transformation and change of the organizational structure in colleges and universities teaching, promoting production-study-research cooperation, promote the convergent demand talent cultivation industry, improve the personnel training and society, the enterprise needs to fit.
