基于Kano模型的加湿器设计研究
摘 要：为了设计出更加宜人的加湿器产品，文章首先进行用户调研，选出用户的需求要素，再利用Kano模型分析用户的满意度，通过分析用户满意度数据从而确定用户需求要素的优先级排列顺序，发现产品的造型、所具备的民族情感文化以及产品的造型三个用户需求要素能显著影响用户的满意度，最后针对这三个需求要素进行加湿器产品的设计开发，以此设计出满足用户需求的加湿器产品。

Abstract： In order to design more pleasant humidifier products, this paper first carries out user research, selects the user's demand elements, and then uses Kano model to analyze the user's satisfaction. Through the analysis of user satisfaction data, the priority order of user demand elements is determined, is foundIt that product modeling, national emotional culture and product modeling can significantly affect user satisfaction. Finally, according to these three demand factors, the humidifier product is designed and developed to meet user needs.
