基于情境分析的宠物狗智能服务系统设计
摘 要：在养宠物人群逐渐增加的社会背景下，文章针对养狗情境进行归类分析，从而更好地展开宠物狗智能服务系统设计。文章首先完善了情境设计的设计流程；并结合用户旅程图构建出四个不同的用户使用情境；其次，通过调研归纳出不同情境下的用户需求，针对用户需求建立产品及其APP功能模型，完成宠物狗智能服务系统设计；最后通过可用性测试，找到前期方案存在的不足，提出修改方案，展开迭代设计。

Abstract：Under the social background that the number of pet owners is increasing, classification and analysis are carried out for the situation of raising dogs, so as to better develop the design of the pet dog intelligent service system. First, the design process of the situation design is improved; then four different user use situations are constructed with the user journey map; Research summarizes user needs in different situations, establishes product and APP function models based on user needs, completes the design of pet dog intelligent service system; finally, through usability testing, finds out the shortcomings of the previous plan, proposes a modification plan, and launches iteration design.
