服务设计视角下企业战略创新评价体系设计研究

摘 要:文章从服务设计视角出发,通过对服务设计的理论及成功案例进行分析,以McKinsey的7S模型构成要素为基础,增添服务设计服务效率(Service effective)维度,进而提出8S评价体系的构成要素并构建评价体系,将8个维度细化为30个构成项目并图表化处理,构建8S企业战略创新评价体系。希望文章的研究可以为企业内部掌握问题并得出改善方案提供一定的思路,从而对企业战略体系进行评价,发现企业战略体系中存在的问题并改进,以促进企业战略体系更加进步、全面、健康的发展。

Abstract:The article starts from the perspective of service design, this research analyzes the theories and successful cases of service design, based on the elements of McKinsey's 7S model, adds the dimension of service design service efficiency, and then proposes the elements of the 8S evaluation system and builds the evaluation system. The 8 dimensions are refined into 30 constituent items and processed graphically to build an 8S corporate strategic innovation evaluation system. I hope that the research of the article can provide some ideas for the company to grasp the problems and come up with improvement plans. thereby evaluating the corporate strategic system, discovering and improving the problems in the corporate strategic system, so as to promote a more progressive, comprehensive and healthy development of the corporate strategic system.
