基于适老化的家居设计探究
摘 要：近年来，我国人口老龄化趋势不断加剧，老年人口持续增加。同时随着经济的发展，老年人的生活水平得到了不同程度的提高，因此老年人的物质需求及精神需求均有所提升。在此背景下，老年家居环境逐渐被人们重视，但目前老年人的居住环境与养老需求之间仍不平衡，老年家居设计也存在着诸多问题。文章首先阐述了老年人的心理与生理特征，然后分析了老年家居的设计现状，最后提出基于适老化的家居设计原则。以期为老年人提供一个满足老年人需求的家居设计，提升老年人的生活质量。

Abstract：In recent years, the trend of population aging in my country has been intensifying, and the elderly population has continued to increase. At the same time, with the economic development, the living standards of the elderly have also been improved to varying degrees, so the material and spiritual needs of the elderly have been improved. In this context, the home environment of the elderly has gradually received attention, but there is still an imbalance between the elderly living environment and pension needs, and there are also many problems in the design of the elderly's home. This paper first expounds the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly, then analyzes the current situation of home design for the elderly, and finally puts forward the principles of home design based on aging. In order to provide a home design to meet the needs of the elderly and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
