基于用户体验的乡村医生出诊服务系统设计
摘 要：乡村医生群体是我国医疗卫生队伍的重要组成部分，但近年来乡村医生面临的人手短缺、出诊医疗器械繁杂、药品保存保护困难等问题仍未得到解决。文章从用户体验的角度出发，以用户体验地图为工具，对目前的乡村医生出诊服务过程进行全流程分析，总结现有出诊流程中的痛点和机会点，提出优化乡村医生出诊服务系统设计，以此提升乡村医生出诊体验，并为医疗服务产业提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract：Rural doctors are an important part of the medical and health team in China, but in recent years, rural doctors are faced with many problems, such as manpower shortage, complicated medical equipment, and difficulties in drug preservation and protection. From the point of view of user experience, using user experience map as a tool, this paper analyzes the whole process of the present rural doctor's house-call service, summarizes the pain points and opportunity points in the present house-call process, this paper puts forward to optimize the design of rural doctors's house-call service system, so as to enhance the house-call experience of rural doctors, and provide reference and reference for the medical service industry.
