基于AHP-TOPSIS法的医院自助终端挂号系统可用性评价研究
摘 要：为提升用户对医院自助终端挂号系统的使用体验，提高对自助挂号系统可用性评价的合理性，文章结合定性与定量分析的方法，提出了基于AHP-TOPSIS法的医院自助终端挂号系统可用性评价的方法，并通过选取医院、模拟挂号等可用性评估实践验证该方法的有效性，以期为医院自助挂号系统的可用性评价提供思路。

Abstract：In order to improve the user's experience of the hospital self-service terminal registration system and improve the rationality of the usability evaluation of the self-service registration system, combined with the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, a usability evaluation method of the hospital self-service terminal registration system based on ahp-topsis method is proposed. By selecting hospitals, simulated registration and other usability evaluation practices to verify the effectiveness of this method, it can not only provide ideas for the usability evaluation of hospital self-service registration system.
