智慧养老背景下老龄陪伴机器人情感化设计探析
摘 要：伴随着信息技术的进步，老龄陪伴机器人成为智慧养老的重要产品之一。文章首先对相关概念进行了阐述，并基于唐纳德·诺曼情感化设计的三个层次对老龄陪伴机器人优秀设计案例进行分析；其次，对老龄陪伴机器人情感化设计所需要的技术支撑进行了归纳总结；最后，结合老年用户特征并引入相关设计理论探析出老龄陪伴机器人不同层次的情感化设计方法。通过文章的研究，以期为将来老龄陪伴机器人情感化设计的改良和创新提供一定的指导性建议。

Abstract：With the advancement of information technology, the elder companion robot has become one of the important products of smart elderly care. Firstly, the article expounds related concepts, analyzes the excellent design cases of the elder companion robot based on the three levels of Donald Arthur Norman emotional design; Secondly, the technical support required for the emotional design of the elderly companion robot is summarized; finally combined the characteristics of elderly users and introduced relevant design theories to explore the different levels of emotional design methods for the elderly companion robot. Through the research of this article, we hope to provide some guiding suggestions for the improvement and innovation of emotional design of companion robots for the elderly in the future.
