基于用户需求的电动汽车公共充电桩设计

摘 要:当前公共充电桩用户体验不佳的问题制约了电动汽车产业的发展。文章首先对电动汽车公共充电桩的设计现状进行了阐述,然后通过用户访谈与问卷调查获取公共充电服务中的用户需求数据,并结合马斯洛需求层次理论与Kano模型对用户需求数据进行分析,最后基于用户需求提出公共充电桩的设计思路,对现有公共充电桩进行创新设计实践。以期为我国汽车充电设备的设计方向提供参考。

Abstract:The current poor user experience of public charging piles restricts the development of electric vehicle industry.This paper first expounds the design status of public charging piles for electric vehicles, and then obtains user demand data in public charging services through user interviews and questionnaires.And Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Kano model are combined to analyze user demand data.Finally, the design idea of public charging pile is proposed based on user demand, and the innovative design scheme of existing public charging pile is practiced, in order to provide reference for the design direction of electric vehicle charging equipment in our country.
