紧凑型城市规划与设计研究——以徐州市老城区为例
摘 要：由于城市数量和人口的快速增长引发了城市膨胀等一系列城市问题，因此，紧凑型城市作为一种城市形象正逐渐成为人们关注的重点。它的概念是可持续发展理念的延伸，核心在于土地集约混合利用、改善公共交通和高密度开发。文章对国内外紧凑型城市规划实践案例进行比较分析，从重点整治、规划体系和城市设计角度，结合土地利用、城市中心活化和交通模式几个方面，以期为紧凑型城市规划与设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：Compact city as a kind of city image is gradually becoming the focus of people's attention while some urban problems happended which caused by the number of cities and rapid population growth. At the heart of its concept is intensive land mixing, improved public transport and high-density development.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the practice cases of compact urban planning at home and abroad, combining land use, urban center activation and transportation mode from the perspective of key rectification, planning system and urban design, in order to provide some reference for compact urban planning and design.
