基于情感体验的中国伞博物馆交互设计研究

摘 要:体验经济时代下,基于情感体验的博物馆交互设计发挥着日益重要的作用。文章基于用户情感体验三层次理论,采用问卷法、访谈法、观察法分析中国伞博物馆观众行为和交互特征,通过用户旅程图梳理观众与博物馆交互设施互动过程中的痛点及需求,制定出基于本能层、行为层和反思层的中国伞博物馆交互设计策略,即多维度感知构建文化认知、愉悦交互提升参与体验和情感互动沉淀体验记忆,并进行相关设计实践,最终通过观众评估验证方案效果。通过文章的研究,以期为博物馆交互设计提供新思路。

Abstract:In the era of experience economy, museum interaction design based on emotional experience is playing an increasingly important role. Based on the three-level theory of user emotional experience, the article uses questionnaires, interviews, and observation methods to analyze audience behavior and experience characteristics of the China Umbrella Museum. Use the user journey map to sort out the pain points and needs in the interaction between the audience and the museum's interactive facilities, and formulate an interactive design strategy for the Chinese Umbrella Museum based on the instinct, behavior, and reflection: multi-dimensional perception builds cultural cognition, pleasant interaction enhances the experience of participation and precipitate experience memory through emotional interaction, and carry out a design practice. Finally pass the audience evaluation to verify the effect of the program. In order to provide new ideas for the interactive design of the Museum through the research of the article.
