面向儿童糖尿病患者家庭的控糖交互系统设计研究
摘 要：文章以儿童糖尿病患者家庭为研究对象，借助观察法、访谈法等用户研究方法，同时辅以用户画像、用户旅程图等工具分阶段重塑用户的心理、行为特点，挖掘到儿童糖尿病患者家庭在患儿治疗中面临的真实痛点，提出以亲子用户为中心的控糖交互系统设计。通过文章的研究，以期帮助患儿在临床治疗与家庭治疗的过渡时期快速建立进餐量—胰岛素注射量—血糖的动态平衡，提高患儿控糖自主性，舒缓亲子之间的情绪压力。

Abstract：This article takes the families of children with diabetes as the research object, and uses user research methods such as observation method and interview method, supplemented by user portraits, user journey maps and other tools to reshape the psychological and behavioral characteristics of users in stages, and explores the family treatment of children with diabetes. Based on the real pain points faced by users in China, a sugar control interaction design centered on parent-child users is proposed. Through the research of this article, we hope to help children quickly establish a dynamic balance between meal size, insulin injection volume and blood sugar during the transition period between clinical treatment and family treatment, improve children's autonomy in sugar control, and relieve the emotional pressure of parent-child users.
