再生材料在旧厂房建筑空间改造设计中的应用
摘 要：随着社会的经济结构由商品生产经济逐步向服务型经济转型，导致许多厂房被闲置或者遗弃。同时受资源过度消费和环境污染的影响，合理改造旧厂房满足当前可持续发展的需求。文章首先从再生材料的概念入手，分析再生材料在旧厂房改造中的应用意义，然后阐述国内外旧厂房改造设计的发展，总结再生材料在旧厂房改造设计中的应用方法。最后以武汉古田旧厂房改造设计为例，探索再生材料在旧厂房改造设计中的应用。希望能够利用现代设计手法让旧厂房改造更具科学性。

Abstract：With the gradual transformation of the social economic structure from a commodity production economy to a service-oriented economy, many factories have been left unused or abandoned. At the same time, affected by excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution, the rational transformation of old factories is to meet the current needs of sustainable development. The article starts with the concept of recycled materials, analyzes the application significance of recycled materials in the renovation of old factories, expounds the development of the renovation design of old factories at home and abroad, and summarizes the application methods of recycled materials in the renovation of old factories. Then take Wuhan Gutian old factory building renovation design as an example to explore the application of recycled materials in the old factory renovation design. It is hoped that modern design techniques can be used to make the renovation of the old factory buildings more scientific.
