基于QFD和TRIZ的AGV物流小车造型设计

摘 要:为了减少人工成本,提高AGV物流小车的运送效率,文章针对现有产品的整体外观造型设计现状及需求进行分析,找到一种基于QFD的TRIZ理论集成的AGV物流小车造型创新设计方法。文章首先分析了AGV物流小车的整体外观造型设计现状和需求,然后构建AGV物流小车造型的质量屋,得到AGV物流小车造型设计中的设计要素,分析总结出设计矛盾及创新设计方向。依照TRIZ理论的39个通用工程参数获得矛盾矩阵和对应的发明原理。最后利用分割、改变颜色、维数变化等原理进行AGV物流小车的造型设计,以期为相关的物流运送装备创新设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract:In order to reduce labor costs and improve the transportation efficiency of AGV logistics car, this paper analyzes the current situation and requirements of the overall appearance design of existing products, and finds an innovative design method for AGV logistics car modeling based on the integration of QFD and TRIZ theory. The article first analyzes the current situation and needs of the overall appearance design of the AGV logistics car, and then builds the quality house of the AGV logistics car, obtains the design elements in the AGV logistics car modeling design, and analyzes and summarizes the design contradictions and innovative design directions. According to the 39 general engineering parameters of TRIZ theory, the contradiction matrix and the corresponding invention principle are obtained. Finally, the modeling design of the AGV logistics car is carried out using the principles of segmentation, color change, and dimension change, in order to provide some reference for the innovative design of related logistics transportation equipment.
