基于3D打印技术的一体式换热器模型设计与实验模拟

摘 要:工业设计专业中的《模型与塑造》课程是一门综合性和实践性都很强的专业基础课程。为了激发学生的创新思维,提高学生的动手实践能力,文章紧密的与企业实际问题相结合,提出了基于3D打印技术的一体式换热器设计思路,并进行了实验模拟。文章从材料的选择、结构的创新设计、3D打印实验模拟三个方面进行了探索。一体式换热器可以有效地解决影响换热器安全性和使用寿命的问题,以期为换热器的设计和制作提供新思路。

Abstract:The course "model and shaping" is a highly practical course in the major of industrial design. In order to enhance students' practical ability and engineering practice ability and make up for the disconnection between theory and practice, the course is closely combined with the practical problems of enterprises. An integrated heat exchanger design based on 3D printing technology is proposed and experimental simulation is carried out. This paper explores from three aspects: material selection, innovative design of structure and 3D printing experimental simulation. The integrated heat exchanger can effectively solve the problems affecting the safety and service life of the heat exchanger, and can provide ideas and directions for the design and manufacture of the heat exchanger in the future.
