可移动机器人餐厅服务系统设计
摘 要：文章基于服务设计理论，以现有机器人餐厅服务为参考，重新构建服务系统、规划并整合服务流程。通过改变就餐行为模式，创造全新的就餐体验，创新餐厅经营状态，以扩大服务影响力，提高可移动机器人餐厅的市场竞争力，并为餐饮行业的发展提供新的探索方向。

Abstract：Based on the theory of service design, this paper takes the existing robot restaurant service as a reference, rebuilds the service system, plans and integrates the service process. By changing the dining behavior mode, creating a new dining experience, innovating the restaurant operation status, to expand the service influence, improve the market competitiveness of the mobile robot restaurant, and provide a new exploration direction for the development of the catering industry.
