基于用户需求的公立医院儿童候诊家具设计研究
摘 要：为了提高社会对于儿童在就医过程中的情感需求及儿童候诊区家具设计的关注，体现人文主义关怀，文章总结分析公立医院儿童候诊家具设计的现状与不足，运用观察法、KJ法对公立医院儿童候诊家具的需求进行调研、资料信息的分析、编组、分类和总结，建立儿童候诊家具产品功能清单。提出公立医院儿童候诊家具设计改进策略，对于提升儿童就诊舒适度具有重要意义。

Abstract：In order to improve social attention to children's emotional needs in the process of medical treatment and furniture design in pediatric waiting area, and reflect humanistic concern, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of furniture design in pediatric waiting area in government hospitals, using observation method and KJ method to investigate the needs of children's waiting furniture in public hospitals, analyze, organize, classify and summarize data and information, and establish the demand model. Putting forward the improvement strategies of furniture design in pediatric waiting area in public hospitals, which is of great significance to improve children's medical comfort.
