夏热冬冷地区既有农宅节能改造设计研究
摘 要：文章根据夏热冬冷地区农宅不利于节能的问题，提出了从围护结构改造到能源利用的节能改造措施，并从节能和产能两方面帮助降低夏热冬冷地区农宅的用能需求，达到缓解建筑能耗导致环境压力增大的目的。以期有效改变居住建筑室内夏热冬冷的状况，在经济合理的前提下提高住宅的舒适性，改善农村居民的居住环境。

Abstract：According to the problem that rural houses in hot summer and cold winter are not conducive to energy saving, this paper proposes energy-saving renovation measures from maintenance structure renovation to energy utilization, which can help reduce the energy demand of rural houses in this area from the aspects of energy saving and production capacity, and alleviate building energy consumption. The environmental pressure brought about by the increase in consumption can effectively change the indoor conditions of hot summer and cold winter in residential buildings, improve the comfort of residences under the premise of economical rationality, and improve the living environment of rural residents.
