深水管道疏通产品设计研究

摘 要:为解决管道疏通粉剂产品遇水立刻发生激烈而消耗过快,从而无法对深水管道进行有效疏通的问题,使用崩解剂设计外壳对管道疏通粉剂进行包裹,延缓其过早与水接触发生反应。被包裹的管道疏通粉剂只有在崩解剂外壳崩解完成后才会被释放出来,从而使其有足够的时间到达深水管道的堵塞点。在与水接触后,此时的管道疏通粉剂和水产生剧烈的反应,集中释放出所有的机械能、物理能和化学能,并在多种合力作用下高效地对深水管道进行清理和疏通。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the product of pipeline dredger powder can not be dredged effectively because it is consumed too quickly when it meets the water, a package of pipeline dredger is designed by using disintegrant, to slow down its premature reaction to water. The coated pipe dredge powder is released only after the disintegration of the disintegrant Shell is complete, allowing sufficient time for it to reach the blockage point of the deep water pipe. After contact with water, the dredge powder and water react violently, release all mechanical, physical and chemical energy, clean and dredge the deep water pipe efficiently under the action of many kinds of resultant forces.
