基于探究式体验模式的《服务体验设计》课程教学实践探究

摘 要:文章是在服务产业发展背景下,结合服务设计属性及现代学习论观点,提出了基于探究式体验模式的《服务体验设计》课程教学实践研究,并通过“青老价值互助”为研究主题的服务设计教学案例进行解析,引导学生在课程学习过程中开展主动探索性、体验实践性与思维创新性的学习方式,以达到训练服务设计思维、掌握服务设计工具、开展服务设计实践的教学目标,为国内服务设计类课程教学提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In the context of the development of the service industry, this paper proposes the teaching practice of "Service Experience Design" based on the inquiry-based experience model, combining the attributes of service design and the viewpoint of modern learning theory. Through the analysis of the service design teaching case with the research theme of "Values mutual assistance between youth and the elderly", students are guided to carry out active exploration, experience and practice and innovative thinking in the course learning process, so as to achieve the teaching objectives of training service design thinking, mastering service design tools and carrying out service design practice, which provides some reference for domestic service design courses and teaching."
