基于当代女性需求的办公空间设计
摘 要：随着社会的进步与发展，职场中的女性数量持续上涨，女性与男性在职场中的比例逐渐趋同。但适合职场女性的、满足当代女性需求的、能够让职场女性真正融入的办公空间设计却是相对缺乏的。文章首先对国内外女性办公空间现状及女性的生理与心理特征进行分析，然后阐述了基于当代女性需求的办公空间设计意义，最后提出基于当代女性需求的独立共享办公空间、女性专属区域空间、复合型办公空间区域等办公空间设计的思路。以期起到调节办公空间综合环境的作用，以满足当代女性的办公需求。

Abstract：As society progresses and develops, the number of women in the workplace continues to rise, and the ratio of women to men in the workplace is gradually converging.However, there is a relative lack of office space design that is suitable for women in the workplace, that meets the needs of contemporary women, and that allows women in the workplace to truly integrate. we first analyze the current situation of women's office space and women's physiological and psychological characteristics at home and abroad, then elaborate the significance of office space design based on contemporary women's needs, and finally propose office space design ideas such as independent shared office space, women's exclusive regional space and composite office space area based on contemporary women's needs, so as to play a role in regulating the comprehensive environment of office space to meet the office space needs of contemporary women.
