基于地域文化的特色餐厅空间情景化设计研究——以黄石“好友味”餐厅为例

摘 要:王者以民为天,而民以食为天。在当前社会经济和消费观念的影响下,情景化的特色餐厅空间具有较强的空间体验与文化价值提升的双重效应。文章以餐厅空间为主体,从地域文化角度出发,探求切合时代审美,同时融合地域文化与人文环境要素的特色餐厅空间。文章以黄石“好友味”餐厅改造为例,从文化主题再现、时间叙事手法、空间生产展现、互动媒体交流等方面结合主题元素进行实践。以期提升顾客对就餐环境的体验与感受,辅助餐厅运营,从而实现商业与文化相融合的创新发展机制。

Abstract:A king's life depends upon the people,the food is what matters to the people. Under the influence of the current social economy and consumption concept, the restaurant space with contextual characteristics has a strong dual effect of space experience and cultural value enhancement. The article takes the restaurant space as the main body, from the perspective of regional culture, to explore the characteristic restaurant space that is in line with the aesthetics of the times, and at the same time integrates the elements of regional culture and human environment. Taking the renovation of Huangshi's "Friends Taste" restaurant as an example, the practice combines the integration of theme elements from the aspects of cultural theme reproduction, time narrative techniques, space production display, and interactive media communication. experience and feelings, assist restaurant operations, so as to achieve an innovative development mechanism that integrates business and culture.
