高温矿井下动力外骨骼功能定义及设计实践

摘 要:外骨骼代表了智能穿戴设备的较高水平,在医疗、工业生产等领域具有巨大的潜力。矿井下环境复杂,尤其是热害会对工人安全产生一定危害并影响作业。文章首先对当前动力外骨骼发展现状和应用、高温矿井防护技术和装备进行分析;其次,对高温矿井下动力外骨骼功能定义进行阐述并提出设计方案;最后,进行功能和造型创新并完成设计实践。将高温矿井下动力外骨骼应用于高温环境下,助力矿井工人的作业,可以有效提高工作效率并减少意外伤害。

Abstract:Exoskeletons represent the higher level of smart wearable devices and have great potential in the fields of medical and industrial production. The underground environment of the mine is complex, especially the heat damage will cause certain harm to the safety of workers and affect the operation. This paper firstly analyzes the current development status and application of power exoskeleton, high temperature mine protection technology and equipment; secondly, it expounds the function definition of high temperature mine power exoskeleton, and proposes a design plan. A powered exoskeleton specially designed for high temperature underground operations. The high-temperature underground power exoskeleton can be better applied to operations in high-temperature environments, assisting mine workers in their operations, improving work efficiency and reducing accidental injuries.
