城市工业环境改造设计研究——以南昌市东湖区货运站为例
摘 要：随着我国社会经济和国民经济的快速发展，城市中分布的老旧工业区也逐渐陷入生存发展的窘境，旧工业区优越的地理位置、工业遗迹历史文化背景及独特的工业景观，使得老旧工业区成为城市景观改造的棘手项目。文章以南昌市东湖区废弃货运站为背景，从社会需求价值角度提出新的城市工业遗址改造观点，在完善城市公共空间环境与地域工业遗产保护的同时，探索城市工业遗产的传承发展，以期构建良好的城市工业环境。

Abstract：At present, with the steady development of Chinese economic society and national economy, the old industrial areas in the city have gradually fallen into the dilemma of survival and development. The superior geographical conditions of the old industrial areas,Industrial relics historical and cultural background and unique industrial landscape,it also makes the old industrial area become the thorny project of urban landscape transformation.This paper focuses on the current concept of urban renewal, and takes the abandoned freight station in Donghu District of Nanchang City as the background. From the perspective of social demand value, While improving the urban public space environment and regional industrial heritage protection, we should explore the precise inheritance and development of urban industrial heritage, and build a good urban industrial environment.
