吉林省“双特色”评价体系的建设研究——以吉林省特色高水平专业环境设计专业为例
摘 要：2018年，吉林省颁布实施《吉林省特色高水平大学、特色高水平学科专业建设项目实施方案》，简称“双特色”，由此诞生了吉林省高校学科、专业的自有评价体系。“双特色”评价系统的出现，为吉林省内各层次高校的学科、专业建设提供了更有针对性的评估结果，具有建设性的意义。但是同时，“双特色”评价体系还存在一些问题，需要进一步发展完善。文章以吉林省特色高水平专业环境设计专业为例，阐释了“双特色”评价体系的应用与建设路径，以期对进一步丰富和完善高校学科专业评价体系提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：In 2018, Jilin Province promulgated and implemented the "High-level University with Characteristics and High-level Studies with Characteristics". The Implementation Plan of Discipline and Specialty Construction Project, referred to as "Double characteristics", thus gave birth to the self-owned evaluation system of disciplines and specialties in colleges and universities in Jilin Province. The emergence of "dual characteristics" evaluation system provides more targeted evaluation results for the discipline and specialty construction of colleges and universities in Jilin Province, which has constructive significance. But at the same time, there are still some problems in the "dual characteristics" evaluation system, which needs further development and improvement. Taking the environmental design specialty with characteristics of Jilin Province as an example, the paper explains the application and construction path of the "dual characteristics" evaluation system, in order to further enrich and improve the discipline evaluation system in colleges and universities.
