基于用户需求的减重步行康复训练机器人外观设计研究

摘 要:文章从用户需求的角度出发,以下肢减重步行康复机器人为研究对象,设计符合用户需求的产品外观,提升用户的使用体验。基于感性工学原理提取用户需求,通过调查问卷收集并筛选用于描述减重步行康复训练机器人造型形态的感性意象词汇与样本图片,运用语义差分法得到各样本感性意向均值,对样本图片进行模块划分,从而进一步提取样本中的具体设计元素得分,通过各设计元素的感性意向分值判定设计元素与用户需求的关联性,运用质量功能展开得到各设计元素权重值。通过研究得出了满足用户需求的产品外观应具有的设计要素,完成减重步行康复训练机器人的外观设计,为未来康复机器人类产品的设计提供一定的理论与实践依据。

Abstract:From the perspective of user needs, taking the limb weight reduction walking rehabilitation robot as the research object, design the product appearance that meets the needs of users and improve the user experience. Based on the principle of perceptual engineering, extract the user needs, collect and screen the perceptual image words and sample pictures used to describe the modeling form of lower limb weight loss walking rehabilitation robot through the questionnaire, obtain the average perceptual intention of each sample by using the semantic difference method, divide the structure of the sample pictures, and further extract the scores of design elements in the sample, Through the perceptual intention score of each design element, the correlation between design elements and user needs is determined, the mapping relationship between user needs and design elements is established, and the weight value of each design element is obtained by using quality function expansion. Through the research, the design elements of the product appearance meeting the needs of users are obtained, which provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the design of human products of rehabilitation machines in the future.
