基于Kano模型的城市老旧社区公共空间适老化更新研究——以北京双榆树社区为例
摘 要：现今众多老旧社区公共空间的配建模式、服务类型及功能呈现出与老年群体需求不匹配的问题。文章基于Kano模型展开调研，根据北京双榆树社区原有公共空间的构成和老年群体的实际需求，从不同角度为老年群体提供满足不同层面需求的适老化更新策略，以期为城市老旧社区公共空间设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract： The construction mode, service type and function of public spaces in many old communities today do not match the needs of the elderly group. Based on the Kano model, this paper provides aging renewal strategies for the elderly from different angles according to the original public space composition and the actual needs of the elderly group in Beijing Double Elm Community, this paper provides some reference for the design of public space in old urban communities.
