城市边缘区历史文化古镇适应性更新策略研究
摘 要：目前城市边缘区历史文化古镇面临着保护与发展之间的矛盾，基于城市、古镇的共生目标，确定古镇的更新方向是亟待解决的问题。文章提出一种涵盖环境、社会、经济三方面的多尺度、多时段的城市边缘区古镇更新的纵横框架：纵向关联城市、片区、古镇3个尺度，辨析个体与整体发展目标之间的关系；横向从过去、现状及未来3个时段对古镇环境、经济要素与社会要素进行关联梳理，塑造形象鲜明的地方性特征。尝试以系统观实现城市边缘区古镇的永续发展，以期为其他该类型古镇的更新提供一定参考。

Abstract：The historical and cultural ancient town in the edge of the city is facing the contradiction between protection and development. determine the direction and strategy of ancient town renewal based on the symbiosis goal of the city and the ancient town is a key problem to be solved. This paper proposes a multi-scale and multi-period framework for the renewal of ancient towns in urban fringe areas covering the three aspects of environment, society and economy: vertical and horizontal relationship between the three scales of city, area and ancient town, and analyzes the trade-off relationship between individual and overall development goals; Horizontally, the environmental, economic and social elements of the ancient town are related and sorted out from the past, the current situation and the future, to create a distinctive local characteristic. Try to use a systematic view to realize the sustainable development of ancient towns in the lower fringe area of urban-rural integration, and provide reference for other ancient town renewal practices of this type.
