“双创”视角下“三师、四维、五创”人才培养模式研究
摘 要：“双创”时代背景下，高校为培养出具有创新创业精神的应用型设计人才，需调整人才的培养目标和方式。文章以教学为主体，以 “三师”型师资队伍建设为基础，以“四维”立体培养方式为载体，以“五创”专业能力培养为目标进行专创融合发展人才培养模式的研究与思考。以期全面提升人才培养的质量，优化设计专业向多元化发展，满足社会对人才的需求。

Abstract：Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and innovation" era, colleges and universities need to adjust their training objectives and methods in order to cultivate applied design talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. This paper takes teaching as the main body, takes the construction of "Three Teachers" as the foundation, takes "Four Dimensions" three-dimensional training mode as the carrier, and takes "Five Creativity" professional ability training as the goal to carry on the research and thinking of the cultivation mode of specialized innovation and integrated development of talents. In order to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training, optimize the design profession to diversified development, to meet the needs of society.
