基于Kano-QFD的车载中控自驾游功能界面设计

摘 要:随着智能汽车产业朝着“新四化”的方向不断发展,汽车逐渐成为大众生活的第三空间,越来越多的旅行人群也青睐选择自驾游出行,驾驶员在自驾游途中的驾驶体验感及需求成为需要关注的问题。文章通过调研收集自驾游驾驶者使用车载自驾游功能界面时的用户需求,借助Kano模型分析需求类型后获取重要度及排序,然后通过QFD方法建立“需求—功能”矩阵导出具体的功能要求,以此为主要依据设计自驾游功能界面的信息架构和交互界面,并通过可用性测试对设计结果进行验证,得到较好的结果,也为该产品在实践中的应用开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the intelligent car industry towards the direction of "new four modernizations", cars have gradually become the third space of public life, and more and more travelers are also fond of choosing self driving trips. The driving experience and needs of drivers during self driving trips have become issues that need to be paid attention to. The article collects user needs of self driving tour drivers when using the in car self driving tour function interface through research, analyzes the importance and ranking of demand types using the Kano model, and then uses the QFD method to establish a "demand function" matrix to derive specific functional requirements. Based on this, the information architecture and interaction interface of the self driving tour function interface are designed, and the design results are verified through usability testing. Good results are obtained, which also provides a theoretical basis for the practical application development of the product.
