基于德尔菲法和层次分析法的儿童安全座椅设计
摘 要:为设计出符合用户需求的儿童安全座椅,将德尔菲法及层次分析法引入设计流程,通过匿名询问与多轮循环反馈问答确定设计要素,获得需求优先级排序,经权重计算后进行儿童安全座椅设计。上述方法能够挖掘用户需求,以此为基础可以设计出满足用户需求,提高用户体验的儿童安全座椅。德尔菲法及层次分析法的综合运用能科学指引设计流程,同时该过程能够验证德尔菲法和层次分析法在产品设计中的指导性作用。

Abstract:In order to design a child safety seat that meets the needs of users, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are introduced into the design process. The design elements are determined through anonymous inquiry and multiple rounds of feedback question and answer, and the demand priority is obtained. The child safety seat is designed after weight calculation. The above method can mine the user needs, and on this basis can design a child safety seat that meets the user needs and improves the user experience. The comprehensive application of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process can scientifically guide the design process, and the process can verify the guiding role of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process in product design.
