基于用户体验的智能吸尘器改进设计
摘 要:随着智能家电市场需求的持续增长,智能吸尘器等产品亟需丰富其智能应用形式,以进一步提升用户体验,充分满足用户需求。文章聚焦于用户体验的改进,设计了一款智能吸尘器。通过运用用户画像、用户体验地图等服务设计工具,深入分析了用户在感官体验和行为体验两大维度上的需求偏好,为智能吸尘器的设计提供了参考依据。在智能吸尘器的设计开发过程中,紧密融合了用户的需求偏好,有效提升了产品在使用过程中的服务体验。以期为后续的智能吸尘器体验服务设计提供理论指导,也为其他智能产品的开发提供一定的参考。

Abstract:With the continuous growth of demand in the smart home appliance market, products such as smart vacuum cleaners urgently need to enrich their intelligent application forms to further enhance user experience and fully meet user needs. The article focuses on improving user experience and designs an intelligent vacuum cleaner. By utilizing service design tools such as user profiles and user experience maps, we have conducted a thorough analysis of users' needs and preferences in both sensory and behavioral dimensions, providing a reference for the design of smart vacuum cleaners. In the design and development process of smart vacuum cleaners, user needs and preferences are closely integrated, effectively improving the service experience of the product during use. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the design of intelligent vacuum cleaner experience services in the future, and also to provide some reference for the development of other intelligent products.
