基于iNPD与TRIZ的适老化制氧机设计研究

摘 要:为解决当前市售制氧机在适老化设计上的不足,文章基于iNPD与TRIZ理论,进行了适老化制氧机的设计探索与实践。首先,运用SET与KJ法提炼用户需求,得出了三级需求指标,并基于AHP法计算得出各需求指标的权重值。其次,运用TRIZ理论分析技术矛盾,寻求发明原理解决矛盾,从而得出设计策略。最后,进行了适老化制氧机设计实践。基于iNPD与TRIZ的产品创新设计方法,能够有效提炼用户需求并解决痛点问题,设计出满足老年群体氧疗需求的制氧机产品,为适老化康养产品的设计提供了新思路。

Abstract:To address the shortcomings of current commercially available oxygen concentrators in terms of aging design, this article explores and practices the design of aging compatible oxygen concentrators based on iNPD and TRIZ theories. Firstly, the SET and KJ methods were used to extract user requirements, resulting in three-level demand indicators, and the weight values of each demand indicator were calculated based on the AHP method. Secondly, using TRIZ theory to analyze technological contradictions, seeking to solve contradictions through invention principles, and thus deriving design strategies. Finally, a practical design of an aging oxygen generator was carried out. The product innovation design method based on iNPD and TRIZ can effectively extract user needs and solve pain points, and design oxygen concentrator products that meet the oxygen therapy needs of the elderly population, providing new ideas for the design of aging friendly health products.
