基于SAPAD框架和模糊Kano模型的实训教育装备设计
摘 要:为探索SAPAD框架和模糊Kano模型在实训教育装备设计中的应用,通过问卷调研和用户访谈的方式,对用户进行了初步的分析,了解用户的基本需求和期望。结合SAPAD框架及Open pose软件,对用户的操作行为姿态进行了详细分析。依据SAPAD框架进一步映射聚类,得到了行为意义簇。通过引入模糊Kano模型,计算并得到了核心意义簇的排序,并据此导出了相应的功能模块。结果表明,通过综合SAPAD和模糊Kano的实训教育装备设计方法,不仅系统地挖掘了用户的潜在需求,还提高了设计流程中的用户参与度,为实训教育装备的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:To explore the application of SAPAD framework and fuzzy Kano model in the design of practical education equipment, preliminary analysis was conducted on users through questionnaire surveys and user interviews to understand their basic needs and expectations. A detailed analysis of user behavior posture was conducted using the SAPAD framework and Open pose software. Based on the SAPAD framework, further mapping clustering was performed to obtain behavioral meaning clusters. By introducing the fuzzy Kano model, the ranking of core meaning clusters was calculated and obtained, and corresponding functional modules were derived based on this. The results indicate that by integrating SAPAD and fuzzy Kano in the design of practical education equipment, not only has the potential needs of users been systematically explored, but user participation in the design process has also been improved, providing reference for the optimization design of practical education equipment.
