基于模糊层次分析法的老年智能陪伴机器人设计
摘 要:为提高老年智能陪伴机器人的用户体验,文章首先归纳了老年陪伴产品的用户需求,总结出操作需求、安全需求、审美需求、关怀需求这四个关键准则。基于这四个准则,建立了老年人智能陪伴机器人设计方案的评价模型,并计算出各评价指标的权重值。采用模糊层次分析法对设计方案中的各因素进行了模糊综合评价,并最终得出了老年智能陪伴机器人的综合评价分值。这一结果能够反映出产品的改进方向,为设计师提供更明确的设计思路。

Abstract:To improve the user experience of elderly intelligent companion robots, the article first summarizes the user needs of elderly companion products, and identifies four key criteria: operational needs, safety needs, aesthetic needs, and care needs. Based on these four criteria, an evaluation model for the design of an intelligent companion robot for the elderly was established, and the weight values of each evaluation indicator were calculated. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of various factors in the design scheme, and the final comprehensive evaluation score of the elderly intelligent companion robot was obtained. This result can reflect the direction of product improvement and provide designers with clearer design ideas.
