基于KANO模型的候鸟式乡村养老空间设计研究——以恩施舍米湖村为例
摘 要：针对我国老年人面临的都市快节奏高压生活所带来的养老问题，文章以乡村养老需求且身体状况较好的退休老人为研究对象，通过对文献资料和老人访谈结果得出候鸟式养老空间的需求因子，结合KANO问卷调研的反馈信息对其进行分类，并根据Better-Worse系数的综合权重，对较高权重的影响因素进行重点设计，提出恩施舍米湖村候鸟式养老空间设计的思路。以期为城市老人营造一个良好的乡村养老空间，同时为恩施地区乡村旅游建设提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：Aiming at the old-age care problems caused by the fast-paced and high-pressure life in cities faced by the elderly in China, this paper takes the retired elderly who have the needs for old-age care in rural areas and are in good physical condition as the research object, obtains the demand factors of the migratory old-age care space through literature and the interview results of the elderly, and classiclassies them based on the feedback information of KANO questionnaire survey. According to the comprehensive weight of Better-Worse coefficient, the influence factors of higher weight are designed, and the design idea of the migratory-style retirement space in Enshi Shemihu Village is proposed. In order to create a good rural pension space for the urban elderly, but also to provide reference for the rural tourism construction in Enshi area.
