基于UCD的热食类智能贩卖机设计

摘 要:随着人们生活节奏的加快和外出用餐需求的增加,餐饮行业呈现出蓬勃的发展趋势。为了满足这一需求,文章基于用户中心设计理论,通过用户研究及相关产品分析,发现并提出了以面条、米线等热食为主的智能贩卖机所存在的问题,并从消费者角度进行改良和创新。研究结果显示,当前热食类智能贩卖机的发展需要在造型设计上注重品牌文化传播、产品亲和力和适应环境等多要素的综合考量,同时在功能上应加入物联网监测反馈技术及娱乐模块。这样不仅能提升产品自身的智能化水平,更能强化人机交互,确保产品真正以用户为中心,服务于用户的实际感受。基于以上分析和研究,进行了设计实践,以期打造出一款更加符合用户需求的热食类智能贩卖机。

Abstract:With the acceleration of people's pace of life and the increasing demand for dining out, the catering industry is showing a thriving development trend. In order to meet this demand, the article is based on the user centered design theory, and through user research and related product analysis, identifies and proposes the problems of intelligent vending machines mainly for hot foods such as noodles and rice noodles, and improves and innovates from the perspective of consumers. The research results show that the current development of smart vending machines for hot food requires a comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as brand culture dissemination, product affinity, and adaptability to the environment in their design. At the same time, IoT monitoring feedback technology and entertainment modules should be added to their functions. This not only enhances the intelligence level of the product itself, but also strengthens human-computer interaction, ensuring that the product is truly user centered and serves the actual experience of users. Based on the above analysis and research, design practice has been carried out in order to create a hot food intelligent vending machine that better meets user needs.
