基于KJ法及KANO模型的痔疮干预产品设计研究——以办公座椅为例
摘 要：文章针对办公族群痔疮患者确诊人数急剧上升的社会现状，提出了一种基于KJ法及KANO模型的痔疮干预产品设计思路。首先，通过用户访谈洞察用户需求绘制用户画像。其次，通过KJ亲和图法将相似的需求进行归类，形成亲和集群，综合功能指标。最后，使用KANO模型对用户需求指标进行定性与定量分析与修正，并使用Better-Worse系数计算方法进行要素权重分析，最终完成产品设计实践。以期从产品干预系统的角度帮助白领人群解决痔疮问题，提高白领工作者们的工作质量、生活水平和社会获得感。

Abstract：In view of the social situation that the number of confirmed hemorrhoids in office population is increasing rapidly, a design idea of hemorrhoids intervention product based on KJ method and KANO model is proposed. First, through the user interview insight user needs to draw a user portrait. Secondly, the similar needs are classified by KJ affinity map to form affinity clusters and comprehensive functional indicators. Finally, KANO model is used for qualitative and quantitative analysis and correction of user demand indicators, and Better-Worse coefficient calculation method is used for factor weight analysis, and finally product design practice is completed. In order to help white-collar workers solve hemorrhoids from the perspective of product intervention system, improve the quality of work, living standards and sense of social gain of white-collar workers.
